By registering or using any part of the service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You agree not to engage in abusive behavior, including but not limited to: harassment, hate speech, threats, or sharing harmful or misleading content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any behavior that violates our policies or terms.
MyFitnessPaw provides fitness tracking and pet wellness tools for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee health outcomes. Always consult with a professional for health-related decisions.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes implies your acceptance.
Fitness Paws Plus adds the features described on the membership page. Your existing free care tools, records, connections, and weekly insights remain available without Plus. A membership applies to the signed-in Fitness Paws account; it does not expand access to another person’s private information.
The purchase screen and purchase provider show the full recurring price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes, and any eligible trial before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled under the provider’s terms. If an eligible trial is offered, the displayed recurring charge begins after the trial unless you cancel in time through the provider.
Use Manage membership to find the purchase provider. Cancel future renewals through Stripe for web purchases, Apple for App Store purchases, or Google Play for Play purchases. Canceling renewal normally preserves Plus access through the verified paid period; refunds, revocations, and payment failures may change that access. Refund requests are handled through the original purchase provider and applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel provider billing. Review cancellation before deleting if you no longer want the subscription. Purchases and restores must remain linked to the original Fitness Paws account. Reviews summarize recorded information and do not provide medical or veterinary advice.
